Kwankwaso Dumps PDP

Former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso has defected to the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

Confirming the report, one of his associates revealed that Kwankwaso will officially join NNPP on Wednesday in the Federal Capital Territory.

The former governor exited the PDP less than 48 hours after his protégé Abba Yusuf crossed to the NNPP.
