The Senator representing Plateau North, Istifanus Gyang has described the killing of Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, as the height of impunity and wickedness.
Gyang, condemned the killing in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Precious Nyako.
The statement called on the Commander of the military task force responsible for the maintenance of peace in the State and the Commissioner of Police to ensure that the perpetrators are arrested and prosecuted.
It urged President Muhammadu Buhari to redeem the Federal government’s pledge of N10 billion to assist in resettling communities destroyed by terror attacks.
