The Academic Staff Union of University, ASUU, has accused the Federal Government of neglecting tertiary education.
ASUU President, Emmanuel Osodeke, urged the federal government to take N200bn from the N4trillion budgeted for subsidy to address the challenges of its members.
Osodeke added that it is funny how the government cannot raise N200bn to revamp all Nigeria’s universities to world standards and end the industrial action embarked upon by the union.
