Uzodinma assure workers of improved welfare

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma has assured workers of improved welfare and conducive working conditions.

Uzodimma, who made the pledge yesterday, in commemoration of the International Labor Day, harped on the need for cordial relationship between the government and various labor organizations.

He noted that with the reformed system in the state, workers in the state now have a defined career path that guarantees growth, including the new minimum wage, automated and prompt benefit payment, and others.
