China announces reopening of business

Shanghai has announced a gradual reopening of business from Monday.

Shanghai Vice Mayor, Chen Tong on Sunday announced a reopening of businesses in stages from May 16.

According to Tong, it remains unclear when people still locked down in China’s economic capital will finally be allowed out of their homes due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
