INEC Sets Deadline For Submission Of Candidates List

Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced June 17 as the deadline for submitting lists of Presidential Candidates and their running mates.

INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, gave the directive during a meeting with Resident Electoral Commissioners in Abuja.

According to Yakubu, the Commission fixed July 15 as the deadline for submitting lists of Governorship and House of Assembly Candidates.
