Kwara State Police Command has advised religious bodies in the State to beef up security in various worship centers.
Speaking on behalf of the State Commissioner of Police, Tuesday Assayomo, the Command’s Spokesperson, Ajayi Okasanmi, urged Religious leaders to install Closed Circuit cameras in places of worship.
Assayomo stressed the need to conduct census among Motorcycle and Tricycle riders in the State.
The Commissioner directed Divisional Police Officers and Heads of various Police formations in the State to intensify intelligence gathering and apply effective mobilization of vigilante groups.
