Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo has confirmed it authorized the demolition of the Church owned by a Popular Pastor, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere in the State.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Soludo noted that the cleric failed to comply with government’s directive to remove illegal building erected on the waterway.
The statement revealed that the structures were marked since April, 2022, stressing that all developers and building owners were served notice to remove such illegal structures.
Recall that the Church located in the Commercial City of Onitsha was demolished on Thursday.
