Court of Appeal Affirms Governor-Elect of Osun State

The Court of Appeal in Akure, Ondo State, has affirmed the Governor-elect of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, as the rightful Governorship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the just-concluded State election.

The Court affirmed Adeleke as the Party’s Candidate while dismissing a suit by Dotun Babayemi, a Governorship Aspirant, against the Governor-elect.5
