Ekiti PDP Berates Fayemi

Ekiti State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party has berated the State Governor, Kayode Fayemi for his failure to pay the West African Examinations Council, WAEC, fees of Students who sat for the recently released WASSCE results.

State Publicity Secretary of the Party, Raphael Adeyanju, while reacting to the non-payment of WAEC fees by Fayemi, questioned why a government that volunteered to sponsor students for WAEC, would not accord the payment of fees a priority.

Adeyanju said the failure of the Governor to pay up the money had thrown Parents and the Students into unprecedented tension and psychological trauma.
