One of Kenyan Presidential Candidate,Raila Odinga has filed an electronic copy of his challenge against the results of this month’s Presidential election.
According to a Lawyer for his Azimio La Umoja Coalition,Daniel Maanzo, revealed that the physical filing will be done later in the Capital, Nairobi.
The Supreme Court has 14 days from the date of the filing to hear the petition and give a verdict.
Last week the Country’s Electoral Commission Chief, Wafula Chebukati, declared Deputy President, William Ruto winner of the election by a slim margin.
