NUC Withdraws Circular that Ordered Universities to Re-open

The National Universities Commission, NUC, has withdrawn its circular which ordered vice-chancellors, pro-chancellors and governing councils to re-open federal universities.

According to the Executive Secretary of NUC, the circular stands withdrawn, urging all pro-chancellors and chairmen of governing councils, as well as vice-chancellors of federal universities to take note.

It added that further development and information would be communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
