The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission ICPC said it has sealed 62 illegal degree-awarding institutions in Nigeria.
Chairman of the commission, Bolaji Owasanoye made the disclosure at a Youth Dialogue on Corruption in Tertiary Institutions in Abuja.
