The Director Overseeing the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Amb. Janet Olisa and the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Nasir Sani-Gwarzo gave the advice in a Tuesday joint statement.
