The Senate has called for the immediate rescue of abducted female students of Federal University in Gusau, Zamfara State, by unidentified bandits.
The chairman of the Senate Committee on the Army, Abdulaziz Yar’ Adua, made the appeal in a statement on Monday in Abuja.
He declared that the nation’s top priority right now must be saving the defenseless female students held captive by the bandits.
