Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has applauded Diogo Dalot over his performance in the Red Devils’ FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry on Sunday.
Erik ten Hag’s side managed to beat Coventry via penalty shootout to secure their spot in the final after a 3-3 draw.
The penalty shootout ended 4-2 in favour of the Premier League giants who will now face Manchester City in the final.
Manchester City had earlier beaten Chelsea 1-0 to book their place in Wembley.
Dalot, who grabbed an assist on the night, also converted his spot-kick in the shootout, giving the Red Devils’ an outstanding victory.
