Former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika and his brother, Ahmad Sirika, on Thursday pleaded not guilty over an alleged contract fraud worth N19.4 billion.
Sirika, his brother, and a company owned by Abubakar were arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on an amended 10-count bordering on the offence, which was dated May 13 and filed on May 14, 2024.
EFCC alleged that Siria abused his office by awarding contracts worth N19.4 billion to Enginos Nigeria Limited.
