Ronaldo scored a powerful header against Al Ittihad to take his tally to 35 goals.
The 39-year-old scored twice as Al Nassr won 2-0.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has also laid an 11 assists in 31 games.
The previous record was 34 goals scored in the 2018–19 season by Abderrazak Hamdallah while Al Nassr sealed the SPL title with three games to go.
