Former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the Nigerian Judiciary to address and reduce the numerous post-election litigations in Nigeria.
He made this statement during the inauguration of a new State High Court building, which features modern facilities and a continuous power supply.
This project, completed under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration, marks the third project Jonathan has inaugurated in the state.
Additionally, Jonathan participated in presenting 20 Toyota Prado SUVs to state judges and praised
Oborevwori for completing projects initiated by his predecessors and emphasized the importance of providing the judiciary with the best resources and facilities, given the high expectations Nigerians have for their judicial system.
