Messi given 4% chance to win ahead of Vinicius, Bellingham

Inter Miami superstar, Lionel Messi, has been given a relatively low of 4% chance of winning the Ballon d’Or this year despite leading Argentina to glory at the 2024 Copa America as he is not expected to add to his eight Ballon d’Or awards.
According to reports, Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior leads the way with a 35%, Manchester City midfielder Rodri is behind with a 32%, while Vinicius’ team-mate, Jude Bellingham comes in third with an 11%.
Dani Carvajal, also of Real Madrid, ranks fourth with a 7% chance.
The Ballon d’Or ceremony will hold in October 2024.
