According to Chinda, the nation’s interstate highway systems, which serve as the backbone of our transportation system, have become death traps and the staging posts of kidnappers.
He condamned the frequent abductions of travelers on the nation’s highways while charging the security agencies to ensure that the kidnapped citizens are rescued unharmed and the perpetrators brought to justice.
