Manchester United have finalized the signing of highly-rated Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte in a deal valued at up to €60 million.
Italian transfer news expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed the completion of the transfer on Tuesday, announcing that the deal between the clubs was sealed after personal terms were agreed upon in July.
The final package includes a €50 million fixed fee, with an additional €10 million in potential add-ons.
This development follows weeks of negotiations, during which super agent Jorge Mendes flew to England for discussions with Manchester United regarding Ugarte’s potential move.
