Zamfara Deputy Governor Impeached

Zamfara State House of Assembly has impeached the Deputy Governor of the state, Mahdi Gusau.

Gusau was impeached by the Lawmakers during plenary on Wednesday at the Assembly complex in Gusau, the state capital.

The impeachment followed the report received by the House from the committee set up by the Chief Judge of the state, Kulu Aliyu, to investigate the allegations against him.
