Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, LSFRS has warned residents against inappropriate storage of petroleum product.
Director of LSFRS, Margaret Adeseye, gave the warning in a statement issued on Sunday.
The statement warned the public to avoid using jerry cans that have been used for petrol to store kerosene and any other flammable liquids and motorists should not store petrol in their boots, especially commercial vehicles.
