The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has intercepted three million capsules of opioids, in Apapa area of Lagos state.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Director, Media and Advocacy, NDLEA Headquarters, Femi Babafemi, on Friday.
The statement revealed that the seizure of the capsules weighing 1,500 kilograms followed a similar operation in which anti-narcotic officers of the Agency also intercepted 8,613 kilograms of Loud Cannabis smuggled in from Ghana.
