Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade says the formal commissioning of the State-owned 10-ton per hour ultra-modern rice mill located in Ogoja Local Government Area would be performed by Muhammadu Buhari.
Ayade, who made this known during the test run of the factory, thanked the contractors for their diligent commitment to the project.
He stressed that the establishment of the rice mill in Ogoja has the potential to make millionaires out of the young farmers from the area.
The Governor assured that the rice will through the vitaminization plant, which has been tested at the pre-commissioning stage and is fully functional and operational.
