CAN Calls on Federal Government to end Killings in Taraba.

Taraba State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has urged the Federal Government to permanently bring an end to the killings in the State.

A statement signed by the State Chairman of CAN Isaiah Jirapye, condemned the killing of some military officers in Takum Local Government Area of the State.

The statement stressed that the recent bomb explosion is a wakeup call for action against terrorism.

It, therefore, implored the state government and security agencies to intensify intelligence to identify the terrorists and their cohorts.
