Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has directed the State’s Head of Civil Service, Usman Bala to oversee the Office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor.
A statement issued by the State Commissioner for Information, Muhammad Garba, disclosed that the supervision would be pending the appointment of a substantive Chief of Staff.
The statement noted that the appointment was sequel to resignation of the ex-Chief of staff, Ali Makoda.
It expressed hope for effective supervision and coordination by the Head of Service, having served in the office before.
