Gombe Governor seeks citizens’ participation in electoral process

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, has called on residents of the State to play their role in deepening democracy by actively participating in the electoral process.

In a goodwill message signed by the State Director-General of Press Affairs, Ismaila Misilli, Yahaya noted that democracy has come to stay in the country.

The Governor urged the residents to take advantage of the opportunity of the Continuous Voter Registration to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards to be eligible to exercise their rights and contribute to nation-building.
