Ekweremadu Calls for Peace in Nigeria

Former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, has called for peace in the country.

Ekweremadu, made the call in a statement signed by his Media Adviser, Uche Anichukwu, to mark this year’s International Day of Peace today.

The statement which advised Nigerian youths to embrace the virtues of peace and dialogue in seeking redresses to their grievances noted that no nation could make progress without peace.

It, however, called for concerted efforts by all towards global peace.
