PDP pledges to advert defection of Wike

The Chairman, Board of Trustees of the People’s Democratic Party, Walid Jibrin has said the Party will do everything possible to ensure that Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, does not defect.

Jibrin stated this while addressing newsmen in Kaduna State.

Recall that speculations emerged that Wike may dump the PDP, having been visited by the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and the Presidential Candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso.
