Enugu State Government has launched the Nigeria Learning Passport.
The State Commissioner for Education, Uche Eze, who disclosed this to newsmen in Enugu, stated that technology had become an indispensable tool in education.
The Commissioner added that no society can effectively educate their children without technology.
