The National Industrial Court of Nigeria, NICN, resumed activities today, after seven-week vacation.
The vacation, according to a circular signed by NICN President, Benedict Kanyip, began on Friday, July 31, and ended on Monday, September 27.
However, during the period, Justice Bashar Alkali delivered a ruling that was filed via a motion on notice due to the urgent nature of the suit.
