The second batch of stranded Nigerians evacuated from Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, have arrived Port Sudan.
Chairman, Nigerians Elders’ Forum in Sudan, Hashim Na’Allah, said nine students from the second batch arrived Port Sudan as they were moved into a different vehicle after their bus caught fire.
Na’Allah added that while 50 students were being conveyed in the bus, no one was injured or died during the incident.
The 26 buses conveying the stranded Nigerians left Al Razi around 12am on Monday for Port Sudan where they would move into Saudi Arabia.
