Federal Government has approved a new organisational structure for the Federal Inland Revenue Service to boost its operations.
The agency made this known on Monday in a statement signed by the Special Adviser Media to the Executive Chairman, FIRS, Dare Adekanmbi.
He stated that the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Wale Edun, will unveil the new structure during a two-day strategic management meeting of the FIRS in Abuja.
According to Adekanmbi, the aim of the meeting is to ensure that all directors are fully informed and aligned with the strategic direction of the agency.
