The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Disciplinary Committee has dismissed the protest instituted by Rivers United against Sporting Lagos and Shooting Stars.
Rivers United had protested Shooting Stars’ fielding of midfielder Hadi Mohammed in their matchday 15 clash.
Mohammed was transferred from Akwa United during the mid-season transfer window.
The committee ruled that the protest lacked merit as the player was duly transferred and issued a license in accordance with the Nigeria Premier Football League framework.
