Army Defence Headquarters on Friday reacted to the killing of five soldiers deployed to protect citizens in Abia State.
Director of Defence Media Operations, Edward Buba, disclosed this in a statement today while addressing news men about the dastardly act which was commited yesterday.
The military vowed that it would be fierce in its response to the killing of its troops at a checkpoint in Abia State and that there will be no room to tolerate non-state actors.
He went on to add that the military would bring overwhelming military pressure to ensure the total defeat of those that perpetrated the dastardly act.
