The leadership of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, on Wednesday called on the Federal Government to declare a state of emergency in the state, saying there is a full-blown war there.
The APC Caretaker Committee Chairman, Tony Okocha, who made the call during a media briefing in Port Harcourt on Wednesday claims, that Rivers State is at war.
Okocha opined that declaring a state of emergency in Rivers State will serve as a way of taming the mayhem, and the upsurge that is going on in the state.
