Imo Police Repels Attack By Armed Men

The Imo State Police Command says a group of armed men attacked a police station with petrol bombs in Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of the State.

A statement issued today by the command Public Relations Officer, Michael Abattam, confirmed that the attack occurred on Thursday.

The statement revealed that the armed bandits came in a number of cars and motorcycles to attack the station but were repelled by the police operatives attached to the station after engaging in a gun duel
