Real Madrid will be without winger Vinícius Junior for their upcoming UEFA Champions League fixture against Liverpool this week.
The LaLiga giants confirmed on Monday that the 24-year-old Brazilian has sustained a left hamstring injury, and as a result, is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks.
Vinícius played the full 90 minutes in Real Madrid’s commanding 3-0 victory over Leganés in LaLiga over the weekend.
The winger’s absence is a significant blow for Los Blancos as they continue their European campaign.
