The Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Usman Baba, has assured that the Police and other sister agencies would ensure the success of the November 6 governorship election in Anambra state.
Baba, disclosed this during the 2021 Capacity Building Workshop organized by the Assistant Inspector-General of Police Zone 2 Command, Onikan, Lagos state, Johnson Kokomo.
He maintained that the success of the election is hinged on synergy, collaboration and cooperation among the security agencies.
The IGP urged citizens to go out and exercise their franchise as adequate security has been provided for them.
