The Federal Government says no fewer than 426 Federal Civil Servants may lose their jobs or be forced into early retirement following their failure to report at their new places of duty.
A circular issued on September 21, 2021, by the Director, Employee Mobility of the Office of the Head of Service, O.T. Olusola-Dada, redeployed some civil servants within the grade of level five to nine to some Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAs.
The Circular revealed that the concerned civil servants from MDAs had a grace period which would elapse on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
It noted that any Civil Servants who failed to comply with the posting instruction would be sanctioned.
