The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA says it has arrested a Brazil-based drug dealer, Okafor Moses over 2.55Kg of hard drugs recovered from a toilet at the E-Arrival hall of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos State.
This was confirmed in a statement issued by the NDLEA’s Spokesman, Femi Babafemi on Sunday.
The statement revealed that the drug was discovered in the toilet of the airport after it was dumped by a trafficker who was scared of being caught by narcotic officers positioned at the airport.
It noted that the actual owner of the consignment, Okafor arrived at the airport from Brazil was promptly arrested and while being interviewed in custody, confirmed he is the owner of the seized illicit drug.
