Osinbajo Maintains Civil Service Crucial for National Development

Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, has said that the public sector is critical for national development.

Osinbajo stated this on Monday at the commissioning of the new Civil Service Secretariat Complex in Asaba, Delta State capital.

He noted that the seat of the civil service of any arm of government is one of the major monuments enshrining not just the power, but also the splendor of the authority of government.

The Vice President maintained that the civil service is the very tip of the spear of governance, adding optimal public service delivery requires an efficient civil service.
