The Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Tanko Mohammed has assured that the judiciary would do everything within its power to ensure that corruption is stamped out of the country.
Mohammed gave the assurance today during the third National Summit on Diminishing Corruption in the Public Sector, held in Abuja.
He stressed that for any nation to prosper, the judiciary must remain independent.
The CJN urged judges to desist from giving incessant ex-parte orders in order not to project the judiciary in a bad light.
