The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has announced a planned power outage in Imo State.
This is disclosed in a statement by the Head of Corporate Communications, Emeka Ezeh, on Thursday.
According to the statement, the outage is due to planned maintenance work on the Owerri-Alaoji 132KV line 1 by the technical crew of the Transmission Company of Nigeria, TCN.
It added that the blackout will occur on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 9am to 11am and will affect Mbaise, Okigwe, Owerri, Orlu, and Oguta respectively.
