Lagos Government to Parade Culprits of Gender-Based Violence

Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation has revealed that culprits of gender-based violence will be publicly paraded.

A statement issued by the government, revealed that the decision was reached during the commemoration of the 16-day activism against gender-based violence for youths.

The statement, however, urged participants to be change agents in rebuilding cultural norms and practices that spike gender based violence within the society.
