A Federal High Court, Abuja, has fixed March 7, 2022, for the trial in a money laundering case against former Attorney-General of the Federation, Mohammed Adoke.
The presiding judge, Inyang Ekwo fixed the date, at the instance of the counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Bala Sanga.
Justice Ekwo had fixed today for trial-within-trial, following an allegation by Aliyu Abubakar, that a statement extracted from him by the EFCC, was made under duress.
