American Author Anne Rice Dies at 80

American author, Anne Rice, has passed on from complications from a stroke.

Confirming her passing, Rice’ son Christopher Rice, said she passed away due to complications resulting from a stroke.

Her bestselling novel ‘Interview with the Vampire’ published in 1976 and was later adapted to a movie starring Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.
