FG Laments Increased Rate of Financial Crimes

The Federal Government has said that financial crimes have robbed the country of foreign direct investment.

Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Boss Mustapha, disclosed this at the inauguration of the Governing Board of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, in Abuja on Thursday.

Mustapha charged the members to put in their best to combat the crime in the country.

The SGF enjoined them take up the responsibility of creating a new image for Nigeria, noting that their actions and activities will in redeem its image.
